Villa Chrissi is located in a quiet area of Gerani village, a big village around 9 km away from the city of Rethymno. The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also close to shops, restaurants and various services.

Villa Evgoron and Villa Patrico are situated in the old settlement of Zouridi, within the borders of the municipality of Rethymno and constitutes part of Rethymno's northwest complex of traditional settlements, such as Argiroupoli and its natural springs, Episkopi, Roustika, Ag. Konstantinos, etc. The old settlement is a small village with few residents and it is at 254 meters altitude from the sea's level.
